SUN VALLEY, CA - CaesarStone Quartz Surfaces has joined the fight against breast cancer by lending its support to the first “Couture Cares: A Benefit for Breast Cancer” fashion show and luncheon. Jennifer Aniston and Oscar de la Renta co-hosted the event, which benefited the Revlon/UCLA Breast Center, led by renowned surgical oncologist Dr. Helena Chang. Saks Fifth Avenue and VOCE Cellular also co-sponsored this worthwhile cause, which was held at a private residence in Beverly Hills, CA, on Thursday, October 20, 2005.

The “Couture Cares” venue was transformed to accommodate an outdoor runway presentation of Oscar de la Renta's Spring/Summer 2006 collection.

The fashion show was followed by an exclusive luncheon as well as an Oscar de la Renta trunk show with a portion of the proceeds going to the charity.

“We all have known family and friends affected by breast cancer, and it's a great honor to be involved and to contribute to such a worthy cause,” said Arik Tendler, President of CaesarStone Quartz Surfaces.

“Couture Cares” is a fundraiser solely for the Revlon/UCLA Breast Center.

The event was established to help support Dr. Chang's pioneering research and expand the extraordinary efforts of UCLA Medical Center. Serving as a model for other breast cancer treatments centers around the country, the Revlon/UCLA Breast Center is a leader in the medical community with its ingenious high-risk, diagnostic, multi-disciplinary and follow-up programs.
