WYCKOFF, NJ -- Alpha Professional Tools[r] recently announced the expansion of its sales department. As of mid-February 2005, Mike Salinger and Al Benoliel have joined Alpha[r] as new regional sales managers. Both Salinger and Benoliel come to the company with extensive sales management experience within the stone industry. In addition, Al Ellis has joined Alpha's sales team, as he will be responsible for the south territory, which consists of Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Ellis brings 20 years of experience in the diamond tool and equipment industry to Alpha. He has also held positions in technical marketing and sales applications. Dick Hargett has also joined the sales team and is in charge of the southeast territory, including Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Hargett has a background in construction, and has 11 years of experience in the stone and tile industry. Mike O'Coin is also new to the Alpha[r] team and is in charge of the New England territory, which consists of Quebec, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Eastern New York State. O'Coin graduated from Worcester State College and has a total of 18 years experience in the power tools and diamond blade industry.
