Braxton-Bragg, a leading distributor of tools and accessories for the stone, tile and solid surface industries, has named 11 inside sales representatives and three technical services technicians.

"We place a very high priority on product knowledge and fabrication training. Each and every sales representative member is educated and trained via seminars, working in fabrication shops, product testing in-house, learning and keeping up with state-of-the-art new product innovations, working in the field with outside salespeople - all for a better understanding of the day-to-day problems and circumstances that fabricators experience, said Doug Slocum, chief executive and president of Braxton-Bragg. "The unique background in our industries allows our people to not only answer customer questions, but to educate and train customers and provide a value-added customer service. By being familiar with products, the Braxton-Bragg salesperson becomes a part of a customer's technical support and business, thus making their work easier and more efficient while saving time and costs."

The Braxton-Bragg inside sales department is led by Brian Gambrell, sales manager. The sales/customer service team members include Ken Brock, Jonathon Bussell, Steve Bussell, Francis Heck, Barry LaRue, Matt Maples, Sam Parker, Michael Portillo, John Prater and Kevin Williams. The technical services team consists of three product technicians. Peter Wolf specializes in offering 24-hour service on large equipment, including Achilli saws and Martini water recycling and dust collection systems. Jack Harrison works on full repair of Ghines Sector and OMA routers, and Pete Mullins repairs Flex and Suhner tools as well as other hand tools.
