MADRID, SPAIN -- The fourth edition of Piedra, the International Natural Stone Fair, will take place May 8 to 11, 2002. According to fair personnel, this will be the largest edition of the event staged to date. It is expected that participation in Piedra will increase approximately 20%, with the attendance of more than 460 direct exhibitors. A larger exhibition area will also be unveiled, featuring a total of 23,500 square meters in Pavilions 6, 8 and 10. The new Pavilion 10 is the result of expansion works at Feria de Madrid, which will be fully operable in time for the next edition of Piedra.
