OMAX designed the Fabricator JetCutting Center to support large format cutting in stone fabrication shops. The versatile Fabricator easily accommodates standard stone slabs up to 6 2/3 x 14 feet. A major attraction of the Fabricator is its ability to add on any number of 6-foot table extensions. OMAX reports that by achieving higher efficiency in the machining of materials, the Fabricator reduces costs and improves productivity.

Ideal for the stone industry, the Fabricator excels in the rapid cutting of a wide variety of materials, including granite, stone, and tile, that are up to 6 inches thick with a maximum table load of 250 lbs./sq.ft. Its high cutting speed, combined with minimal setup times, maximizes a user's flexibility and productivity.

The Fabricator is also equipped with OMAX Intelli-MAX® Software. Based on the Windows® XP operating system, the user-friendly software greatly simplifies a traditionally challenging and complex cutting process. Materials can be machined directly from existing CAD drawings or .DXF files.
